All refunds and returns start with you getting in touch with us. We would really love to know about your story, your doubts maybe even your complaints. Just talk to us so we can find a nice solution. Please know that our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Card decks or other items like t-shirts with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Product Packaging

Oh yes we are Rebels with a damn good purpose and that includes taking very good care of mother nature, Gaia or Ibu Bumi if you would like to call her. YES we are passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly products. That’s why every Spiritual-Rebels item is carefully gift-wrapped in its own cardboard box with a minimum of plastic (we still have some homework to do – working on it – pinky swear!). We use a variety of strong-but-beautiful boxing options, ensuring all of our packaging is natural, recyclable, compostable or reusable. 

Order Processing Time
Obviously you are curious when your package will be in your amazing hands. Your parcel will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. If there is any additional delay for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible via e-mail.

Domestic & International Delivery times 

All orders are sent via PostNL with tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Please contact us if you have not received it within 3 days of placing your order – sometimes it gets lost in cyberspace!

  • Domestic (The Netherlands) delivery time with PostNL – approximately 1-3 days.
  • International delivery time with PostNL – approximately 1-4 weeks.

International customers are responsible for any local taxes or import duties that may be payable on their order. 

Please note: occasionally there may be additional delays in transit, which are unfortunately outside our control. While we understand that you may be excited and anxious to receive your order, once a parcel has been shipped, we no longer have control over it.

  • DOMESTIC FLAT RATES – The Netherlands (NL)
    €5,95 for standard parcels| FREE for orders over €100
    Other than standard parcels shipping rates are calculated based on weight of your order. Please check the shipping rate displayed at checkout. 
    International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight of your order. Please check the shipping rate displayed at checkout. 

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct when you order. We do not take responsibility for parcels that get lost because the address we were given was incorrect. Nor do we take responsibility for parcels that do not get collected at the destination post office and then get returned to us because they were not collected. In this case, the customer will need to pay return shipping fees to have the parcel resent.


Oh no, your order arrived damaged or broken. That is not the way we would deliver it into your hands. Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item(s). We will be happy to replace your broken piece for an item of the same value, or issue you with a store credit.

On you can also find beautiful rockalicious goodies. Crystals are naturally formed. That is why it is normal for them to have minor flaws, marks and chips in it. These formations and markings, that may appear to be damaged, are actually natural features like twists, mineral inclusions, discolorations, scratches and bends. This is the natural state of these stones and they are perfectly normal. Just like a Rebel; PERFECTLY IMPERFECT. For this reason, we do not give refunds for crystals that exhibit these perfectly natural and unique features.

However, if you do not connect with your piece, then we will be happy to exchange it or issue a store credit for the same value. The item must be returned to us via tracked post as soon as possible, but always within 14 days and must be undamaged and in its original box. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Shipping returns 

To return your product, get in touch with us. Once we have found a suitable solution, send your package to us. The correct address will be communicated with you. You will be responsible paying for your own shipping costs for returning your parcel. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

We know you are waiting for your refund. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact your bank first. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
